What is a Dial Around Service?
Dial around service received its name because you simply "dial around" your current long distance provider in order to access the network of another long distance company. With Dialaround Enterprises you can take advantage of our lower rates on long distance calls without having to switch from your current long distance provider. You can access our network by dialing 101-6400 before your long distance calls.

How do I use 101-6400?
To place calls within the U.S (state to state or in-state), or to Canada or the Caribbean:

Dial 101-6400 +1 + area code + telephone number.

To place international calls:

Dial 101-6400 + 011 + country code + telephone number.


Is service available in my area and how do I find out?
101-6400 is available to most U.S. households nationwide, at this time. To find out if service is available from your area, please call our Customer Care line at 1-877-838-6400 or visit our service availability page.

How much does it cost to use 101-6400?
State to State calls within the US and to Canada, and UK can be made for only 4.9 cents per minute. Click here to view our in-state and international rates. How am I billed for calls when I use 101-6400?
Charges for calls made using 101-6400 are billed to you through your local phone company and will appear on seperate pages of your regular home phone bill under the heading USBI. The itemized call detail will appear on this page with a description "Billed on behalf of DIALAROUND ENT. INC." This call detail section will include the date, time, number, city (if domestic) or country (if international) called, length and price of each call. As with any long distance call, applicable taxes and Federal Universal Service Fees are assessed.

What is the Federal Universal Service Fee?
The 1996 Telecommunications Act requires all long distance companies to contribute a portion of their revenues to the Federal Universal Service Fund which provides discounted telecommunications services to schools, libraries and low income consumers. Dial Around Enterprises Inc's Federal Universal Service Fee is a charge on state-to-state and international monthly long distance charges, which is used to help contribute to this fund. This charge will appear separately on your local phone bill.

If I'm having difficulty dialing what should I do?
101-6400 is available for use when dialing from your home phone. Please be advised that Dialaround cannot complete calls from cellular or pay phone, hotel, motel or a hospital. Also be aware that Dialaround won't complete calls to such prefixes as 800, 888, 877, 866 or 500, 456, 900, 976 either. If you are having difficulty dialing for any reason, please contact our Customer Care center at 1-877-838-6400, so that we may assist you.
